Albert Einstein once said: “I fear the day when the technology overlaps with our humanity. The world will only have a generation of idiots.”

I agree with him. When I look at the present younger generation I think to myself “These are the people who one day will rule this country?”. I glad that I won’t be around to see it.

Enjoying the beauty of an art gallery …

Pleasantly chatting in a cafe …

Enjoying a day at the beach …

At the stadium supporting the team …

A couple spending quality time together …

Appreciating the city …

A sad indictment of our times. It is so irritating to see groups of people out to dinner doing the same thing.

I went to watch my step sons band play and all his friends were on their phones, taking no notice of the band. It drives me mad.

Well, though I’m tempted to take issue with the selection of photos (any with people talking to each other are not included), I must sadly agree, as I look around me, that most are plugged-in and tuned-out here, as well.
